I figure I'll take one picture a week with a ruler to show how poorly my beard is growing.
I pushed the ruler in a bit but if I had to guess I'd say 3mm average. By the end of the month, then, I could be at 12mm or a MASSIVE half inch!

That is so close to being product placement. Are you trying to get us a corporate sponsor?
Heh. Actually, it's more of a testament to my never buying something if I can get a reasonable replacement for free. I've had that ruler for years and I actually don't know where it's from.
I'd guess it's a financial services company of some sort.
